Company Background

Life began for The Priory Partnership in June 1996 but our roots go back much further than this. Our partnership was formed by the merger of 4 well established Chartered Accountancy practices on the Wirral, with each of these practices being established for at least 50 years. In 2001 we merged with Colin Sturgeon & Co, which was based in Irby on the Wirral and in March 2002, we merged with a long established practice in Chester, Henry R Davis & Co.

We decided to take our own advice and we now operate as a Limited Company (Priory Practice Ltd.) but still under the banner of The Priory Partnership.

Our client base encompasses a broad range of business and financial activities, mainly in the North West of England and North Wales. We are based at No. 1 Abbots Quay, on the banks of the river Mersey in custom built offices and in the centre of Chester at 3/5 Hunter Street.
